Delivery

If you order an item that is in stock before 1pm on any business day (Mon-Fri) we guarantee it will be sent out the same business day. This means that your order should be with you in less than 48 hours. This excludes Weekends, Public Holidays and Bank Holidays.

Goods dispatched in the UK are normally dispatched by Fedex UK, if over 2 kilos, using their NEXT DAY delivery service; or by royal mail if under 2 kilos. All international orders will be dispatched using either Fedex or Parcel force. We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us. In the event there is an issue with your delivery or a mistake in the stock levels indicated, we will advise you of a new delivery date, or an alternative where applicable.

We would urge you inspect the parcel on delivery to ensure that it has not been damaged in transit and refer you to the terms and conditions of using Business Post.
Please note that damaged or missing items should be reported within 24 hours by phoning 01569 766264. In the event of an attempted delivery by our courier in most circumstances a card will be left with your reference number and a number to arrange an alternative delivery time. We reserve the right to refuse all or part of an order. All purchases are subject to availability.

Delivery to an alternative Address

Orders to an alternative delivery address can be processed if the customer has been authenticated using 3D authentication (i.e. Verified by Visa, Mastercard, Meastro). Ma Simpson’s reserve the right to deliver only to the cardholder's billing address.

Warranty

All goods are supplied with a 12 month manufacturers' warranty unless specified otherwise..  But items must be returned to shop for warranty repairs

Prices and Payment

All credit and debit card processing is encrypted and handled securely by RBS Streamline and Paypal. We do not see your card details at any time. All our prices are reviewed regularly and we try to ensure that our prices on our website are correct at all times. However, from time to time, errors may occur. If we identify an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you immediately and give you the option of reordering at the correct price or the option to cancel your order for a full refund. Orders using Paypal can only be sent to the confirmed billing address. Use of Paypal is subject to the Paypal user agreement.

Privacy Policy

Ma Simpson’s Limited does not disclose buyers' information to any third parties. We take customers' privacy and confidentiality very seriously.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 7 days to us for a full refund (minus any costs incurred for the initial dispatch and returning of the order); this excludes special orders (see section 9 below). In the unlikely event that you have to return any goods, in the first instance please email through our contact page on www.masimpsons,com or phone 01569 766264. Your email should state your full name and address, your telephone number, the order number and full details of any issue(s). This ensures that we both have a record of events. We will respond to your email usually by return and do our best to resolve any problems. If any item has been damaged in transit, it will be replaced at no cost to you. If any item needs to be returned, we will give you clear instructions and, should we agree, replace the item without any further cost to you.

Non-returnable products include:

  • Special orders / made to order products
  • Harmonicas or other wind instruments.

Damaged Goods

First of all, don't worry! All our orders are pre-checked and are well packaged before dispatch (like you, we don't want items turning up marked and damaged). However, if items do turn up damaged, you must inform us within 24 hours of receipt. We will collect the items from you and replace the goods with no cost to you. Alternatively, we will refund your order in full if the goods are no longer available. Just call 01569 766264 to arrange. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damages reported after 24 hrs of receipt and items returned without the original protective packaging or superior packaging.

Cancellation

Consumers have a right to cancel any transaction without reason within seven days of contract. Please note this right to cancel does not apply to certain products containing sealed CDs or DVDs that have been opened. To cancel any order, in the first instance email us through www.masimpsons.com. Your email should state your full name and address, your telephone number, the order number and request a cancellation. If no goods have been delivered, we will confirm receipt of your cancellation and make an immediate full refund. If any goods have already been delivered, we will confirm receipt of your email and ask you to return the goods. Do not return any goods until we ask you. All goods returned must be in original sealed, unused and undamaged condition. All costs incurred with the return of goods will be the responsibility of the original purchaser. As soon as we receive the goods and are satisfied that they are in original sealed, unused and undamaged condition we will make a full refund. If goods are returned after the packaging has been opened, or after the goods have been used, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee..

Special Orders

Items that are specially ordered for a customer or made to order can only be returned if they are faulty. Ma simpson’s cannot accept any responsibility for the suitability of a special order but will endeavor to provide the best guidance possible.

Ma Simpson’s may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Entering our website constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. You are therefore advised to check these terms and conditions periodically.
